What English level is required to work at Convelio?

English is the working language at Convelio, and all internal communication, including meetings, emails and documentation, is conducted in English. Strong spoken and written English proficiency is therefore essential. We typically assess this during the interview process and look for at least a B2 level, with C1 or C2 proficiency required for certain roles.
