At Convelio, we take every claim seriously and are committed to resolving any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. If a problem arises, please contact us at order@convelio.com.

In the case of a damaged shipment, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To ensure a smooth and efficient claims process with our insurance partner, please include clear photos of the damaged item(s) in your email.
