Shipments are sometimes delayed or blocked due to custom clearance, or unreachable pickup/delivery contact.

In that event, our team will investigate your case and make sure to keep you informed of any issues.

Please find below two common cases that we usually face when it comes to blocked shipments.

Unreachable pickup/delivery contact

Our drivers have not been able to get in touch with the designated contact person required to progress your shipment. In this case, we will do our best to reach that person and move forward with your transport.

Freight transit usually means Customs clearance

If our tracking tool indicates that a shipment has been on the Freight Transit status for a few days, your item might be undergoing the customs clearance procedure. Unfortunately, there is not much that we can do at this stage to accelerate the legal process. However, rest assured, that as soon as your item has been cleared, we will delivery it soonest.
