At Convelio we take claims very seriously. If a problem should arise, please send us an email at order@convelio.com.

In the event of a damaged shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery.

To support an efficient claims process with our insurance partner, please be sure to include pictures of the damaged item(s).
