What information do I need to provide before delivery?
To ensure a smooth and efficient intake, please provide our team with all necessary information at least 48 hours prior to delivery:
[ ] Inventory list of the items being delivered
[ ] Expected delivery / receive-in date
[ ] Expected delivery time slot, if available
[ ] CVO number, if available
[ ] Shipper or delivery provider details, if available
[ ] Type of receive-in required: with or without condition check
[ ] Insurance requirement, if applicable
[ ] Special handling instructions
[ ] Any additional comments or requirements
Providing this information in advance allows us to prepare accordingly. If there are any changes, please inform our team as early as possible.
Please note: If insurance is required, a condition check upon reception may also be required.
