How do I notify Convelio that items are arriving at the warehouse?

You should inform our Warehouse team of any items arriving at the warehouse by sending a pre-alert email at least 48 hours in advance.

Please make sure to include the following details:

• [ ] An inventory list of the items being delivered

• [ ] The expected delivery date and time slot

• [ ] Details of the shipper responsible for the delivery, if applicable

• [ ] CVO number, if available

• [ ] The type of receive-in required: with or without a condition check

• [ ] Any specific requirements or additional instructions, such as insurance (which requires a condition check upon reception) or particular handling guidelines
