Do items need to be crated for storage, or does Convelio also accept soft-packed or unpacked pieces?

We accept both crated and soft-packed items for storage. However, we do not accept naked (unpacked) storage. If required, we can arrange packing services at the warehouse prior to the item being placed into storage.
