How can I request a condition report?

A condition reports is a detailed, formal document including high-quality photos, annotations, and written observations on the item’s condition - suitable for insurance or transport purposes.
To request a condition reports, please contact your Account Manager or the Warehouse team at least 24 hours in advance. The report will be shared with you by email.
For the Paris warehouse, please email: frwh@convelio.com
