How can I book a Viewing Room?

Our Warehouses are equipped with Viewing Rooms where clients may inspect, photograph or present works stored in our facilities.

You can book a viewing room by providing a list of items to be viewed (with references), preferred date and time, and any specific handling or set up needs (e.g. unframing, installation, etc).

If any services are required following the viewing (e.g. repacking, transport, condition report), these must be coordinated separately.

The Viewing Room bookings are subject to availability. Please make the request with at least 48 hours’ advance of the desired date and time. Our Warehouse team will confirm the slot with you.
