How can I request a release?

Please submit your release request directly through your Inventory Management Software account or by email at least 48 hours in advance to the relevant warehouse team:

For the Paris warehouse, please email: frwh@convelio.com

For the London warehouse, please email: ukwh@convelio.com

In the email, please include the following information:

• [ ] Item references or lot numbers to be released

• [ ] Preferred release date

• [ ] Preferred release time slot

• [ ] Release method:

  • [ ] Handled by Convelio

  • [ ] Collected by an external shipper

• [ ] If handled by Convelio:

  • [ ] Delivery address

• [ ] If collected by an external shipper:

  • [ ] Shipper / company name

  • [ ] Contact details

  • [ ] Vehicle registration / plate number

• [ ] Any specific handling instructions

• [ ] Any additional notes or requirements

Please note: Last-minute release requests can only be accepted in exceptional cases and are subject to warehouse availability.
